That is something that you find yourself saying and others tell you when you find that special item when you are out thrifting. It is also the name of my store because it is packed full of good finds.

In 2021 after working in the insurance industry for over 20 years I made the biggest decision of my life. I no longer wanted to work for insurance companies and wanted to start my own company. From the age of 16 until I graduated from UConn I worked in retail positions. I enjoyed it so much that I became a manager at Caldor for a few years until I met my future wife. I changed careers to work for insurance companies so I could have predictable hours and help raise a family. In 2021 I created my first company called Jay’s Gems which was later changed to a good find. (thank you to my parents for the name suggestion).

I have been thrifting for over 3 years picking out what I think people would enjoy. There is not one style or theme with my merchandise. I picked out items so that everyone who came would find something interesting for themself or someone they know. I wanted a store where people can find fun items on all budgets. My goal is to have the best customer service as it is just me helping you and I want you to be treated like you want to be. I want everyone leaving happy whether they bought something or got to see some vintage item that they never saw in person. I keep my prices very competitive and love that my customers come back often.
